Double room in modern flat near beach in Kemptown

I have a double room to rent in a modern two-bed flat in Kemptown. The location is fantastic, with the flat only one minute from the beach, and a five minute walk to central Brighton.

The whole flat is bright, airy and very comfortable. It has a large living area and modern kitchen and bathroom. The bedroom itself is unfurnished but it's a decent sized double room.

Bills aren't included in the rent, but they are usually fairly cheap. The flat's got the usual broadband/TV set-up and we split the bills in half each month.

My current housemate has just got a new job in London, so I'm looking for someone to share the flat with. I'm a 27 year old teacher who has lived in Brighton for the past year. I love living here and enjoying everything the city has to offer. In terms of interests, I like to stay active and I row competitively, so this takes up a lot of my time. I'm pretty laid back, however I enjoy socialising and getting out and about. Being a teacher, I obviously work during the week, so would be looking for someone in a similar situation.
