I am currently looking for a new housemate for my room as I am moving to an other town.
It is a friednly room with an amazing seaview and a lot of sunshine!
The room is just 450 Pounds including everything: heating, Internet, council tax etc. The house has a wonderful garden, a big kitchen and a lovely conservatry.
