1 Room Availble In The Heart Of Kemp Town Village!

We are looking for either a Single or Couple, in full time employment, nice, like a dink ;) and TIDY!
We live in a lovely 2 Bedroom flat with a spacious living room, kitchen and bathroom.
Living room comes kitted out with Sofa, big TV, virgin media and all sorts of other cool stuff! It's important to us that your house feels like a home, so you're more than welcome to fill it with your belongings amongst ours :).
Kitchen is full of space and storage. It also includes a Fridge/freezer, Washing machine, Oven etc. Will give more details on referencing and deposit when contacted. thanks :)
Bathroom has a big tub, a very big walk in shower and it's just quite cute really.
The bedroom up for grabs is probably more suitable for a single person but couples can be done! The previous couple has very kindly offered to leave their bed if needed (mattress included) but if not we have another home for it.
The flat is quite unique as it has a front and back entrance.
The front takes you right to the gate of our beautiful communal garden right on the sea front and the back takes you right in to the heart of Kemptown village, where you will find various shops, cafe's and pubs. Bills etc. will vary depending on whether it is one person or a couple.
