Easy going, reliable flat mate required !

Hello there,

I have lost my lovely flatmate who has moved to the dark side and is moving in with her partner. I am looking for someone clean & tidy, easy to get on with, financially sound. The flat is great and has a fab feel to it. The flat has a dishwasher and a washing machine all plumbed in and ready to go . It has a separate bathroom and toilet . The rooms are very light with high ceilings. It is ideally located by the hospital ( if you work there obviously not wishing you to be ill at all ! ) and a short walk to town and the marina. The beach is also a short walk away. Kemp Town has lots of great coffee shops and of course public houses , it is a great place to live. I work generally 9-5 and sometimes longer in the summer holidays. Deposit is £750. 00 + 1 months rent in advance. I would be considerate and salute anyone who works shifts !!!.......I do work hard and i would like someone easy to get on with as my job is dealing with arsey people quite a lot so i dont really want it when i get in, just the sound of a cork popping would be grand .
