Bills included within allowance. EXCEPT ENERGY BILL. Currently a fortnightly cleaner cleans communal areas at extra cost of 15/ monthly per room.

Location: BRISTOL GARDENS ( end of KEMPTOWN), Quiet Victorian cul de sac, minutes walk from beach, park, Marina, shops, cafes, and all night buses (to center/train station/universities). Convenient for royal Sussex Hospital& Marina.
Parking with residents permit or free a short walk away. No bicycle storage :(
