We are a house of 3 professional gay girls in our mid-twenties looking for a housemate for a spare double room. We're hard-working during the week but love going to the pub/revenge at weekends! We're looking for someone with a similar work/social balance to join us for drinks and dinners sometimes.
The room is a small unfurnished double in a big house. It's a 3 floor maisonette with a large living room and outdoor terrace near St George's church in Kemp Town. The area is very quiet but close to the seafront and only a 15 minute walk into town!
We have a cat in the house, so no pets please! Also looking for professionals, not students or couples. Because we are a group of girls, another girl would probably be the best option. Tidiness is also an added bonus!
Rent is only £350 excluding bills and council tax.
