Bright, white, spacious first floor room sharing the bathroom on the same level. The room is at the back of the house, so no traffic noise, and faces East, so you get the morning sun. It is a generous double with double bed and built-in wardrobe - £650 per month including bills.

Large, Victorian house with beautiful kitchen / living area opening out onto garden on lower ground floor. This space is full of character - cool in the summer and cosy at night.

Close to the sea, ideal for the hospital, and very well served by regular bus routes.

I teach yoga on the ground floor so need you to be comfortable with students arriving for classes - I teach here 4 times a week at the moment. You will also need to be fairly quiet around the house at those times. In return, you will be welcome to join in a class any time you wish.

We are fairly quiet, clean and tidy around the house and are looking for you to be the same.
