Double Room Overlooking Nice Garden

My names John i, m 55 i live with my
wife Beth who is 59 and works locally, we both love gardening, walking, reading, and generally a quiet life. We have a lovely double back bedroom which overlooks our lovely back garden and we have a beautiful but bossy seal point Siamese cross pussy cat so we would really prefer a cat lover/animal lover we love having good company and good conversation, the rent includes all bills and access to the garden and patio area and there plenty of off road parking and occasionally a good meal thrown in but not guaranteed but we could be persuaded if you bring a bottle .. we are both down to earth and generally easy going but we do not allow visitors, so if you would like to look around just give me a call i, m usually around and there is a possibility that it could lead to long term rental but that would be discussed. The bathroom is shared with us the landlords as are the kitchen facilities and your are welcome to share the lounge the house is bright and roomy and has a brand new fitted kitchen and bathroom. sorry this is for sole occupancy only no couples.
