We have a lovely sunny double room to rent in our house share in central Lewes very near the train station and town centre but on a quiet street. We will be moving in on the start date advertised so are looking for a third person to join in our tenancy.
We are sociable and considerate to live with and would like someone to share with us who would enjoy joining in with some things in the house.
The room is unfurnished but with an in-built cupboard and shelving. There is plenty of communal space in the house as it is set over 4 floors with the kitchen diner going into the garden and the lounge on the floor above. The Bathroom is shared with just one other housemate.
