Double room - although currently with single bed - available in 2-bedroomed flat in the centre of Lewes, overlooking Cliffe High Street.
The room is almost ensuite as the bathroom is directly opposite and the loo/washbasin are not used by me as I have my own! The room is furnished but big enough to take extra stuff if you have it. Bills are included except broadband as I don't have a phone, but I've made a reduction to the rent for anyone who wants to get it installed for their own use.
Sadly no parking, but plenty of car parks within walking distance.
Lots of shops, pubs, restaurants easily available and the flat is about 10 mins from the station.
