MON - FRIDAY or full week short lets. Good sized double room in quiet, spacious house in Lewes - light and comfortable with a new double mattress. Suitable for mature/ post graduate student or professional- close to bus route to universities. Term time only is a possibility.
Would suit someone generally conscious about how they live and the environment, someone independent and happy in their own space, but also happy to catch up sometimes.
The room overlooks the garden, and is next to the bathroom. Shared use of large kitchen dining room.
The house is located only a few minutes from lovely walks on the South Downs, and 15 minutes walk into the centre of town. On street free parking. 10 minute walk to bus stop to Brighton and Universities. 25 minutes walk to train station.
I am self employed and see clients from home during the daytime, so it would work best if you have a routine out of the house during the daytime.
