My name is Anna im a Student at the University of Brighton, and moving out of my place so there is a double bed room available on Milner Road. It is a 5 minute walk from the bus stop Coombe Road and 10 minutes walk to the University Campus. There is a very large kitchen and sitting area, as well as a patio and big garden with BBQ facilities. Washer and Dryer as well as all kitchen appliances (fridges, freezers, microwave etc) are also present.
The rent is 455 per month and there is no agency fee or council tax. Currently there are 3 boys and 2 girls living there all 20 years old and very nice ( i have lived with them for 2 years with no problems). If you are interested dont hesitate to contact me (Pictures upon request)
