About the house;

Two large double rooms and 5 singles. Three bedrooms up stairs (both doubles and a single) with a large main bathroom with a bath and shower head, toilet and sink and one small toilet room with a shower cubicle, toilet and sink. Downstairs is three single rooms, a sitting room with a two seater and three seater sofas along with a TV and a virgin media box (included in the rent, and a kitchen.

In the kitchen you would have a large cupboard a shelf in the fridge and a shelf in the freezer.

There is also a dishwasher to use which is always handy and not expensive to run at all.

There is a washer dryer machine, the house is on a tariff which the machine is cheaper to use at night but no one minds it being used whenever as we all do.

There is wifi in the house which is also included in the rent.

The gas and electric is on meters and the water is a paper bill.

There is a large garden with a cloths line if wanted. Also a tiled patio area.

The room;

It's a large double room with a double bed, chest of draws, computer desk, one built in hanging cupboard with a shelf, and a large shelved cupboard built in. If you want a bedside table there is one avaliable if wanted.

The tenants;

They are all in university ranging from first year to third year, everyone has times where they are hidden away but when are free from the dreaded coursework deadlines and exams sit in the sitting room and socialis. They do smoke in the kitchen however always have a windows open and stand in front of it preventing most of the smoke being in the house. Some love cooking and when they get time make amazing dishes and don't mind people tasting.
