Hello!

We are three girls looking for a fourth to share our flat for the upcoming academic year.

I'm Lucinda, and I rented this flat through my student years, loved it, and so I'm staying here now that I work full-time ☺

Christina is a third-year undergraduate student, and Eva is a second-year PhD student. Both are at Brighton, both fantastic, and both are staying on to live here for their second year running!

The house is fully furnished (each bedroom has a double bed, desk, wardrobe, chest of drawers, laundry basket, bin, lamp); within walking distance of Brighton uni’s Moulsecoomb campus; right next to a bus stop which will take you to the centre of town or to the Falmer campus and back.

Plus it's almost exactly halfway between Sussex uni and the town centre, and is situated beside a large field with a pond; lovely if you like a walk now and then.
Also has a large garden, garage and driveway! None of the three of us drive, so the garage is yours if you do.

We're a quiet and friendly studious house on a residential street, so the ideal housemate would be somebody who's easygoing and sociable, clean and tidy (and a fan of cinema nights!), rather than a party animal. Will admit – we love cats a lot and a cat-owning housemate would totally be prioritised. Unfortunately we can’t accept dogs.

The deposit is £500, council tax is £31.56 per month and we split bills quarterly (council tax can be paid quarterly too if it makes payments more convenient).

Some practical addendums:

Though the ad is listed as pet-friendly PLEASE note that this really is cats only (messages about how friendly/well-trained/hypoalle rgenic etc your dog or guinea pig are will only get deleted).

I had to remove my phone number from the ad last year as I can’t answer the phone whatsoever during work hours and was getting a bit bombarded, so would much rather use the messaging system or text to arrange viewings. Hence it’s not there! If it’s important to you to talk on the phone I’m perfectly happy for you to message me for my number to arrange a time to chat and let me know a bit about yourself ☺
