I have a lovely double room in a large family home.
The room is fully furnished with
a double bed, Double Wardrobe, Wireless broadband and Sky HD with all channels including movies.
You will have full use of the family bathroom as we don't tend to use it as we have our own. There is a large kitchen and another smaller kitchen for you to use, with washing machine, Etc.
The house is situated in a very quiet cul-de-sac. In a great location about 25 mins walk to Newhaven Train Station. There is also a bus stop which is about a 5 mins walk with great links into Brighton and
Eastbourne.
I am looking for a non smoker, clean and tidy person.
