A part furnished, bright, double bedroom is available with a double ottoman storage bed, wardrobe and separate shower room. The house has been recently built and is situated in a quiet location with lovely views of the Downs. Bus stops to Brighton and Eastbourne are 5 minutes walk and run regular services. Newhaven Town train station is 13 minutes walk. Bills are included and there is Wifi available. There is also a garden at the property which can be used. The room would ideally suit a professional or mature student. I live in the house and also work from home most days. I am very house proud, clean and tidy, and would like someone with similar values. No smoking is permitted inside the house, however, you are free to smoke outside. On road parking is available near the house. It is a 10 minute walk to the beach and marina.
Unfortunately I cannot accept any couples, pets or DSS.
