Double room available in clean and tidy house shared with the owner. Satellite TV in all rooms, wifi, dishwasher, washing machine, drier, shower, bath, central heating and open fire. Share lounge, dining area, bathroom and kitchen with owner. The kitchen is fully equipped and you'll have your own big double cupboard and fridge/freezer. TV with satellite provided in bedroom.

The house has quite a big garden with great views over Hastings and the English Channel and outdoor hot tub. If you like to go running or walking, there are some great routes through the Country Park (a one minute walk away) and along the cliffs.

House is on the eastern edge of the town next to the Country Park, less than five minutes walk to a couple of bus stops with routes to Rye and into Hastings town centre, St Leonards and the big Tesco at Hollington. There are local shops less than 10 minutes walk away - a small supermarket, post office, bakery, chemist and variety of takeaways (Chinese, Indian, fish & chips and KFC), as well as a greater choice of bus routes into different parts of Hastings and beyond. It's about 15 minutes on the direct bus to the railway station, Sussex Coast College and the University Centre, 10 minutes to the Conquest Hospital and 25 minutes to St Leonards town centre.

I'm ideally looking for a young professional, student or other young person. I have two friendly cats so the house is not suitable if you have a cat allergy. Non smoking male preferred.
