Bills included in weekly rent. Wifi Internet.
Shower upstairs. Bath and WC upstairs. Downstairs WC.
Includes use of large kitchen with electric hob, oven, washing machine, fridge, microwave.
Use of large garden. Lounge use not included due to this being an office too.
Bus stops to and from city center literally right outside the front door. Buses run from city centre until 11. 45pm every day. Buses run directly to the Universities from outside the house too.

No smoking inside the house, but you're welcome to smoke in the garden.
