Other facilities are available in the house and we have a lovely sunny garden. I am a friendly and flexible 47 year old professional woman, working largely from home. My daughter is 13 and we have a small, friendly dog.
I think it would suit a mature student or professional person who is wanting a degree of privacy but may welcome sharing the occasional meal or glass of wine.
There is easy, free street parking and we are close to A23/A27. Also near 5/5A/5B bus routes.
