Share of recently modernised 3 bed house - new facilities including use of ultra modern kitchen/dining/living room, new bathroom (bath + shower) plus 2nd shower room and 2nd toilet, New Dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, huge fridge and huge freezer, Central Heating, smart tv, WIFI etc. All bills included except UK phone calls. International calls are free up to one hour (35 countries)
North of the city centre -no noisy neighbours, so you will sleep well! There's a big, mature garden and distant views of the South Downs from around here too.

This place is ideal for a female Working Professional or Mature Student looking for a quieter area, yet with super fast and regular bus service- about 20 mins. from the city centre. Even the night bus <N5> comes this way- bus stop is 3 minutes walk! There's plenty of free parking in the road if you are a car driver.

I intend to rent a second smaller room in the next couple of weeks, making 3 of us in the household - so someone else to socialise with apart from me if it works out that way. My daughter who lives nearby, hangs out here quite often too. Am happy to share a drink, film/ tv or music/ trip out in country etc. or perhaps share interests of yours sometimes, but if you prefer to do your own thing socially that's also OK and I will respect your space. I will try to get the cat to do the same but can't promise.

I'm a designer/teacher + part time TEFL. I'm used to sharing a house and always seem to get on well with people - sense of humour essential;-)
