One large double and single room to let in shared modern house. The house is very clean with new appliances, including washing machine, dishwasher and two fridges and a freezer. The house is ideally located within walking distance to the local shops and situated at the foot of the south downs and a short walk to the seaside. Bus stops are a short walking distance and within 10 minutes of Newhaven train station, 20 minutes to Brighton, Lewes and Eastbourne.
The house has lovely garden and a small patio. It also has parking spaces for those who own a car, and ample storage space for bikes, etc. in the house garage.
We would preferably like professional adults who are looking for long term tenancy, they should be clean and tidy and willing to share responsibilities for keeping the house clean with the other tenants.
