About the Room
It is Really large, Modern, Bright & Furnished and near lovely bathroom.
It is a very large room and when the sun comes in through the window in the mornings making it feel really nice. The room is right next to a large bathroom/shower room. with bath & large power shower it has a double bed, wardrobe, drawers and shelves. You are welcome to add to or use your own furniture as well.
The House
The house is a fairly new build so is modern throughout with plenty of natural light.
It has a very large modern kitchen with loads of storage and all mod cons and large lounge and 2 large bathrooms so no queuing in the morning. It has a garage for storage if you need. There is patio door through to the back garden with patio area /table chairs to enjoy breakfast when weather gets better.
Location
The location is just off the main road in Peacehaven but is not a through road so it is fairly quiet. Easy access to bus stops to go to Brighton
3 min walk to bus stop (All coast road Buses to Brighton 12, 12a, 12x, 13x, 14, 14c)
5 min walk to Sainsbury’s Local
2 min walk to 2 nice cafes
5 min walk to other shop
And the Beach and Promenade and cliff-top walks are 5 mins walk away too so lovely for walks.
A bit about us
We are an easy going household of 1 male and 2 females. We don’t smoke and have no pets. We like to sometimes have a laugh and socialise a bit together. Maybe get a takeaway or watch a movie or just chat.
We are looking for:
Ideally we are looking for an easygoing Female aged about 28 to 45 who wants to stay for a while.
Perhaps you are studying for a degree at university or Working. We work 9-5 so ideally you work/study in daytimes. We would like someone fun and friendly who likes to sometimes socialise a bit so no room dwellers please. DSS or Pets please.
