The house is clean and well looked after. Smoking is not allowed in the house. The bedding and towels are supplied and changed regularly. The bathroom has a pressurised shower. We have a current gas safety certificate.

There is parking outside in the road.

The South Coast Road is a 2 minute walk away for tihe frequent and efficient bus service into Brighton.
