Double Room To Rent In Peacehaven - £480 Pcm

I have a large, bright, double room for rent in my house/bungalow in Peacehaven. It comes furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bookcase, chair and bedside table. The house is on a quiet cul-de -sac and is two minutes from bus stops to Brighton/Eastbourne and a five minute walk to the sea, which you can see from the road. There is a large lounge/dining room and use of a lovely secluded garden. I have two cats and one (small, hypoallergenic) dog, so I need someone who likes animals. I smoke but only outside in the garden, not in the house. £450 per calender month, including bills, or a couple for £600. I will need one months rent as deposit and one month in advance.
