Double room with own bathroom in relaxed home

Hi! My current housemate is off travelling so I will have a double room available from 20/11/2016.

The room itself is nicely furnished, comfortably takes a double bed, wardrobe, desk and tall chest of drawers though I would consider it to be a medium sized double. Separate bathroom, sole use. Shared large kitchen with all mod cons.

Wireless internet access, garden and road parking available. 8 min walk to Fishersgate Station. 3 min to nearest bus route. 15 min drive to central Brighton.

I'm friendly and considerate, respect peoples privacy and am tidy but not a neat freak. I'd like a housemate who wants a chilled environment but will respect my home and tidy up after themselves.

Room also available for short term and Monday to Friday Lets. Rent in these cases would be £370 pcm inc bills.
