My partner and I own a 3 bed house in south portslade and rent out 2 rooms to lodgers we are situated 1 min from fishersgate station and no 1 bus route 10 min walk to boundary road and portslade st where you have a variety of shops including aldi tesco iceland the room to let is a single has been redecorated new bed and has a tv+freesat box we share our garden with our pet ducks. Friends are welcome but sorry no over night stays
