I am a 24 year old professional, down to earth, live in landlady and I am looking to rent out 1 furnished bedroom plus bathroom.
I am looking for a female professional to rent out my spare fully furnished double room within my home. Located just down the road from Fox way and Foredown Tower, and only a bus ride or car journey away from Brighton city center.
The house is also fully furnished along with phone line / internet & Tivo box for television. Garden available with patio furniture. Lounge would be shared, but own bathroom and shower is available.
Rent of £550 per month will include all bills & council tax.
Within 5 minute walking distance of shops including a convenience shop which opens early and closes late.
The local bus 1 / 1A which runs every 10 minutes to the center of Brighton along with a night bus service available as well.
A 10 minute walking distance for the number 6 bus to connect to local train stations: Portslade / Hove / Aldrington & Brighton
Driveway available for parking along with FREE road parking.
The house (location postcode: BN41), has easy access to A23 and A27.
Room currently available for a 6 month period however this can be reviewed after the 6 months.
I am polite, sociable, tidy, clean and respectful.
