((Room not available until May)) Lovely double bedroom available in a 3 bedroom bungalow, light bright and airy. Fully furnished with canvas wardrobe, chest of drawers and a double bed.
You will have use of the bathroom, kitchen and lounge.
We have a small cat who is very loving, she loves to be out alot.
We have Virgin media and there is TV and a virgin box available to use in the bedroom.
The bus stop is a 3 minute walk from the house where you can get the 1,1A and 55. Portslade train station is 15 mins away.
Free on road parking is available.
This is a happy and sociable house but by no means a party house, shared with my 20 year old daughter, a female is preferred, we are both considerate, polite and respectful of privacy and noise so would expect the same in return.
