I will have a small double furnished room available to rent in my house from mid January (I can be flexible with dates).
I live with my daughter and our 2 cats in a quiet residential street (free parking) in Portslade. The house is ideally situated between Fishersgate & Portslade train station being just a few minutes walk from them plus buses 1, 1A, 2,2A &46 are a couple of minutes walk.
The room is a sunny south facing bedroom and is furnished.
There is a decent sized south facing garden which is fantastic for summer months!
Whilst the house is non smoking I am happy for people to smoke in the garden.
We are a really easy going and happy household so would be looking for someone equally as easy going.
