I have a lovely newly decorated house with a garden that opens out straight onto the downs. Great for walking or mountain biking and great for getting onto the A27 for commuting to Lewes or Worthing. Also on the number 1 bus route for access into town.
The room for rent is a double room with new double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers.
The house has central heating, washing machine , 2 tvs and BT broadband and wifi. There is a shared kitchen/diner /front room and another small front room or office.
I live there with my dog Dylan, a small and very friendly Miniature Schnauzer.
Room avaliable from April 6th 2015.
