This is a large sunny double room in a friendly family home. We currently have a double bed. The rental of the room includes your own shower and WC. We also have two young children who go to school and are very experienced in house share, the house is large enough to not bother you. The price for room is for one person.
We also have gardens. You are welcome to use kitchen and there is conservatory to eat in. The property is situates on main bus route with buses every 5 minutes and it takes about 15min to town center., its 5min walk to train station so you could be in London in 60min but. there is no need to travel anywhere as the local area has all the amenities is bank post office supermarket, parks and 15min walk to beach. please ring for more details.
