We have a double room available from the 23rd of May 2015.
The house is a ten minute walk from Preston train station, and 3 minute walk to St Marys Church bus stop.
The house is a three bedroom, with one bathroom, an extra toilet, and a spacious open plan kitchen/lounge. Parking on our road is free. Unfortunately no pets or smoking are allowed in the house.
The available room is on the ground floor and will be approximately 435 a month (+bills).
Bills are split equally amongst everyone.
We are two working proffesionals in our 20s. The house is newly decorated and we like to keep it clean and tidy.
