Room For Rent

So me and my boyfriend live in Ringmer in a semi detached two bed house, we are looking for a couple or single person to fill the room. The room is £120 a week.
ALL BILLS INCLUDED except gas and broadband/sky at £30 a month. (which is great!)

It is a really lovely house on a quiet street, with shops just round the corner. It only take 6 mins in the car to get to the centre of Lewes which is really handy.

I am an artist and have a part time job so I'm at home quite a lot working and my boyfriend has full time job as a coffee barista and studying computer programming in spare time.

We like to keep the house tidy and clean so we would like people who are like minded.
