Welcome!

Hi! The house is conveniently situated in a cul-de sac in the attractive village of Rotherfield, with it's pubs, shops and beautiful surrounding countryside. There are lovely views across fields. The room is large and bright, freshly decorated with a fitted wardrobe, double bed and two bedside tables. There's room for your own television and there's an en-suite bathroom.
There's reasonable use of the washing machine, cooker and fridge and you're welcome to eat in the breakfast room, However the sitting room and dining will not be accessible. You'll be welcome though to share a glass of wine round the kitchen table!
Bruce, a young tabby cat shares our home and is very friendly! He’ll need feeding when I’m away please.
We'd like to meet you before you move in, so I hope that will be possible. Obviously if you live too far away, that might be tricky to organise so we'll play it by ear.
I'd like to suggest a trial period of 4 weeks if that's agreeable, after which we can decide on the permanency of the arrangement.
