Lovely double room

Very special three bedroom semi currently being renovated. All important areas finished, just cosmetic, restoration work to be done. Very quiet house in pretty, quiet road. 10 minutes walk to the sea, plenty of lovely walks on the downs. 10 minute walk to bus stop - regular buses to Brighton, including the station. Takes about 15 - 20 minutes. I live with my 22 year old daughter and we both work. We are looking for someone who is professional, easygoing, friendly and respects our privacy when needed. Age, gender, orientation all immaterial - right person more important. There is one middle-aged fluffy cat in residence. On road/off road parking available. Rottingdean village has all the basic amenities including five pubs and an eccentric, but very good French restaurant, along with Chinese, Thai and Indian restaurants. The room is furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe and desk. Extra storage can be provided. Share of all other amenities including bathroom/shower, kitchen and washing machine. The house is old and quirky and as such requires a deal of tolerance to live here!
