Lovely Room in Rye (Sunday - Thursday only)

Hi, I'm Chris and I am a Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer. I have a spare room in a house with a garden in the beautiful town of Rye. I am looking for a Sunday to Thursday lodger. (ideally suited to Dungeness Power Station worker).

Kitchen

Fully fitted with washing machine and dishwasher. Gas hob and combination microwave. All kitchen utensils and crockery and cutlery available. Large american style fridge with plenty of space and large freezer.

Bathroom

Shower, bath, sink and toilet. Plenty of storage space for your toiletries. Hot water is supplied by combination boiler so unlimited instant hot water.

Bedroom

Your bedroom has fitted wardrobes and a chest of drawers. Also supplied are bedside cabinets and a casual table. The room has an aerial socket and freeview is available. The bed is a double.

lounge

The shared lounge has TV and comfortable lounge chair and sofa.

I work sometimes from home and part of the lounge is used as my office.

A downstairs cloakroom toilet is also available.

Garden

Laid to patio and grass the garden is south facing and a sunbed is available. Patio furniture is also provided for summer breakfasts in the garden.

Useful information.

10 minutes walk to Rye train station and Rye centre and Jempson's supermarket.

High speed wireless broadband available.

This room is not suitable for a night worker as I have to work from home on occasion and I have to mix music for my job.

All bills included. We will need to talk about council tax.

Ideally suited to a worker at Dungeness Power Station requiring Sunday night to Thursday morning accommodation.

Cleaning materials are included in the rent but you will be required to keep your room clean and tidy and all shared areas tidy and clean at all times.

Rent payment by monthly bank transfer only please. One month deposit £425.00 and one month rent £425.00 in advance.

I am a very easy going and clean and tidy person and require the same from any house mate.
