I have a lovely single room available to rent in a large house in Saltdean, 2 mins walk from the sea.
There is a huge garden with plenty of room for a good game of frisbee, as well as the odd fox and badger! A spacious kitchen, nice clean bathroom and a cosy lounge with real fireplace.
Saltdean is on the 12, 14 and 27 bus routes (2min walk to nearest stop) it takes about 20 – 30 mins into Brighton depending on traffic. There’s plenty of FREE PARKING. 5min walk to local shops.
Looking for the right person to share with, if it works for everyone that's great. I'm an artist and work from home. The cat lives here too!
A LARGE DOUBLE BEDROOM will also be available from MID NOVEMBER for the right person as my current housemate is moving out then.
Rent includes all utility bills, wifi & phone line.
Single room: £450 per month
