Guest room available. Saltdean/nr Brighton

I have a Small double room available for single occupancy available. (male preferred)

This is available to those for either short term (if you are visiting) or something longer. Most guests who stay here are temporary and this suits my ever changing life but this can be discussed if necessary.

Available to working people only.

The house is situated in between Brighton and Newhaven, To share with the homeowner. There are also two cats here, so be aware of this.

Parking is also free in this area, but please know that this location is not in the Brighton town centre. It is about 15 minutes drive away./20-25 minutes on the bus

You must be security minded, respectful, and prepared to help out around the house on occasion if necessary. This is an Eco friendly house so an understanding of this and energy saving is important.

£440pcm/ £110 pw (inc). Preference might also be given to somebody in the emergency services.
