Double room - sole use of bathroom

Spacious room in large, luxury house with pleasant garden and swimming pool. Free unrestricted on street parking.
The room is furnished but with space for you to add your own things. Large built in wardrobe and additional eaves storage space. Decor is plain and neutral - you're welcome to add your own pictures.
The bathroom is right next door and you have sole use of it except for very occasional weekends when we may have family members to visit (absolute max once per month)
Our conservatory houses some gym equipment (weights, bar bell, dumbells, bench, spin bike) which you are welcome to use.

Excellent Wi-fi functional throughout the house.
Three minutes walk to bus stop - buses run every 15 minutes during peak times - every 20 - 30 minutes at other times. Travel time to the city centre around 20 minutes.
We're a pretty laid back, very young at heart couple and have shared our home with guests for the last seven years. Everybody has stayed pretty much long term (one - three years).
We're very music/gig orientated - go to Glasto every year - enjoy being active - exercise as much as we can.
WARNING!!! We have relatively young dog - 10 months (Wirehaired Dachshund - cuteness overload - LOL) so our new housemate will need to like dogs - or at least not be allergic!

We appreciate people who treat the house with respect, keep their space clean and clear up after themselves in the kitchen, especially wiping over the hob after cooking - however we're not 'precious' about anything. Occasional emptying of the dishwasher and the recycling box is much appreciated but no need to do anything else in communal areas.

Saltdean is a great place to live - the best of both worlds - a fairly quiet and relaxing area by the sea but with easy access to the hustle and bustle of the city with buses available til late. You can walk to Rottingdean village over the hill or head to the undercliff for walking or cycling.
The university and the A27 are easy to reach by car, straight over the downs in about 10 minutes depending on traffic.
