Pretty Single Room for Rent

An attractive furnished single room for rent in a spacious bungalow situated in Saltdean. This would suit a mature woman looking for a quiet place to live with easy access to town and to the university.
There is off road parking available, or for non drivers there is a bus stop 3 minutes from the house. The bus goes every 15 minutes into town.
The bungalow is spacious with shared accommodation in the living/dining room, kitchen and conservatory. There is also front and back garden. it is situtated 5 minutes from beautiful walks across the downs, and 10 minutes to the seafront.
You would need to be dog friendly, as I have a friendly cockapoo (he is non shedding and allergy friendly!).
I am happy to consider taking someone with a dog depending on their size.
I am a friendly professional women, I work at Brighton University. I enjoy chatting over a glass of wine but am equally happy in my own company.
The room is available for a woman only, and I require two references. One from your employer and one from your previous landlord/lady.
