Seeking another mindful, working non smoker (with sense of humour!) who is willing to take resposibility for his/her effect in the house, both energetically and re being clean and tidy. Sorry.. no couples, pets or DSS.
The rent includes gas , elec, water, council tax, internet. One month's rent in advance please of £520 plus an additional month as deposit.
Please note, we don't use any chemical cleaning or washing products etc in the house.. we use Ecover laundry liquid which you are welcome to use.
