Three bedroom house in a quiet close near to bus stops, small shopping centre and station (10 mins walk) trains to London 1 hr, Brighton and Worthing 20 mins.
The room has just been decorated and is fully furnished, double bed, fitted wardrobes, dressing table, flat screen tv. There's an alcove with a fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave and cupboards for you to make snacks etc in your own room but you can also share the kitchen/lounge area. Ensuite shower room is fully tiled and spacious. Towels and bed linen all included.
All bills and wifi included. Weekly cleaning plus change of bed linen and towels.
If the room is rented by a couple the cost is £800 per calendar month.
I work from home as a beauty therapist in a separate treatment room, some early mornings and late evenings but not very often at weekends. My sister also comes in to use the room too. My daughter lives at home with me and my son and his girlfriend are often here at weekends for family meals.
I have a cute little dog called Jez and a cat named Nutmeg.
My home is cosy and friendly, quiet most of the time due to my job but at times very busy with family and friends.
