Hello, we have a double room to let in our house at Telscombe Clifffs which is 20 minutes by bus to Brighton centre (stop outside the door}. The parking is ok, no yellow lines. It is a 5 minute walk to the seafront and local shops, takeaways, pubs, etc. The house is a 3 bedroom and the room to let is a large double with fitted wardrobe and vanity unit, next to the bedroom is a bathroom/toilet. Downstairs there is a hallway with a toilet and kitchen, study/guest room and lounge with patio door' to the garden, (nice when the sun shines}. Sadly I know but it is not suitable for a student type party house, more for full time working people who prefer dinner parties. This is a houseshare, sharing with two owners and a business man who commutes from Japan, abu dhabi and the UK, he is here only for short period's, last year we only saw him twice. when he is here he leaves for his office at 7am and returns about 9pm so a really good lodger and now a friend. He has the small bedroom. The other bedroom we use for storing our personal effects because we travel a lot, last year we left in January and returned in September. So in summary for most of the time you would have the house for your sole use… The rent is £500 per calender month for one person or £600 for two people which includes council tax and water rates, gas electricity, and any other bill's you would be responsible for.
