Nice Person Wanted To Live In Our Friendly House

We have a lovely room (double bed)on the ground floor which is nicely furnished. You will have almost sole use of the bathroom. Although we are friendly, we would like someone who doesn't mind keeping themselves to themselves as we would still require our privacy. Whoever comes to live with us will be made to feel welcome and at home. We have been hosting students for a few months now and are quite used to people in our house. However we do not want anyone that is likely to have parties or bring people back to our house.
Although we live on the outskirts of Brighton, it is a great area and doesn't take long to get into Brighton by bus or car. It is peaceful and safe out this way and fortunately we live minutes from the shops and beach.
