I have a large double room in a semi detached house. The room is available from 1st May 2016. The house has central heating, double glazing, internet and sky TV. The room is furnished and has sky TV and internet. The rent is £350 per month including all bills but not food. Must like cats as i have 2.
I would prefer a mature person but will consider all.
I am recently retired and am looking for a very responsible person who would housesit and take good care of my cats when I go away.
I am looking for a quiet non smoking person who likes their own space and respects the fact that i like my own space.
I am looking for someone who is working.

The house is close to the beach and on a bus route to Brighton and Eastbourne
