The room is in a well maintained 4 bedroom detached house., it is a large furnished double bedroom with en suite bathroom and lots of storage space, built in wardrobes, double bed and the en suite has a nice new power shower, The house is located in a nice location on the Harland's Farm estate the house is well equipped and has all the usual amenities, fully fitted kitchen/diner (you should find everything you need but if there is something specific, then let me know), Upstairs bathroom and down stairs wash room, living room, study and large conservatory, It has gardens to front and back, a patio to the rear and a garage (only good for storage but if you need to store something this could be possible) but off road parking available. We are just under a mile from the centre of Uckfield and the station. The house is kept tidy and uncluttered.. I would like someone who would be easy going. and respectful of others space. There is plenty of room to have your own space and enjoy living in a large clean and tidy house, nice surroundings.
