Double Newly Decorated And Furnished Room W/Views

Renovated house (4 years ago) - everything new except the double glazed windows! The home was redecorated last year, the double bedroom was redone last Summer. Large luxury bathroom with bath and a double shower. Huge kitchen with dining area, extra large fridge and freezer, extra large washing machine and separate dryer, dishwasher and new microwave. Virgin TV set up with wireless Broadband (was checked to be running at over 76mb)

The DOUBLE bedroom is fully furnished and consists of a flat screen TV and DVD player, walk in closet with 2 rails, 4 cubed shelves, a 4 draw unit and a 2 shelf rack underneath the rails. Large white wicker armchair with footstool, 2 square blanket boxes, shelving unit, full length mirror and tall mirrored cabinet, along with a wooden double bed and mattress.
Included in the rent is the Utility bills, Council Tax and a weekly cleaner who comes for 4 hours. Yes you do still need to clean up after yourself but it does guarantee a really clean house:)!
I have just had the large Conservatory re-built . This has a large flat screen in it along with an X-Box and Wii , basically a Games Room:)
There is a huge garden with extra large decking area (which was rebuilt summer 2017), Summer house (so storage for bike), pond, BBQ and 2 separate seating areas. This garden was completely redone 5 summers ago.

There is also storage in the attic for about 6 boxes.

I am 2 minute walk from the main bus stops and local shops but the house is situated in a quite cul de sac, with great views over the fields/Downs. There is plenty of free parking for vehicles. The property is situated in an ideal place for fast access by car to the London, Lewes and Worthing directions. If you want to drive to the Brighton Marina I am 9 minutes away, Churchill Square Shopping Centre is 13 minutes away this is due to barely any traffic lights compared to the other side of Brighton (Hove!)
If travelling by bus I have been told the trip to the centre of the City is about 20 minutes away (depending on traffic).

As for myself I was born and partly raised in Brighton. I have travelled the world extensively and have duel nationality with Canada. I have also lived in most of Europe, this includes the not so common countries of Russia and Iceland for instance!

This home will only ever have a max of 2 adults including myself as I enjoy sharing my home but believe both parties need to have space to live:)
