We have a fully furnished double bed room available in our two bed room house. You will be sharing the house with a professional Indian couple. We maintain the house neat and tidy and we expect the same from tenants.

The house has double glazed doors and windows, central gas heating, free off street parking and private garden. The property has 1 shower and 2 w/c’s and a kitchen which you will be sharing with the family.

House is located in 12 mins walking distance to Becontree station (District line), 10 minutes bus ride to Chadwell Heath (East Anglia). 5 minutes walk to bus stop for direct buses (145, 62) to Ilford and Chadwell Heath, 8 minutes walk to bus stop for direct buses to Barking, Chadwell Heath and Romford (5, N15, 364).

The house is located close to all amenities with 10 minutes walk to local shops and 10 minutes bus ride to Becontree leisure centre. The rent for the room is -

70/week - Single professional (Female tenant)

90/week - For couple or 2 Friends
(Female Tenants)

This includes all the bills (Council Tax, Broadband, Electricity and Gas). 1 month advance required as deposit.
