The house is located within easy reach of Basildon Town Centre, in addition to Basildon and Pitsea Train Stations. It is on the 8/8A bus route and 5 min walk from the 22/28 bus route.
Although I don't smoke and the house is a smoke free zone, smokers may smoke outside. There are 3 cats which would obviously affect people with cat allergies.

I'm sure that you can appreciate that when renting a room, it is very important for me to screen any prospective lodger that is going to be sharing the house. In order to screen applicants, I use SpareRoom's Tenant Referencing Department - they charge £76.50 for this service, which is recovered from the prospective lodger.
All successful applicants sign a Lodger Agreement (Excluded Licence Agreement) so that the rights and responsibilities for each party are clearly set out.
