Available NOW is our beautiful studio room within shared accommodation in Basildon. The property is managed by the Landlords to a high standard and has recently undertaken some refurbishments.

We want all our guests to feel welcome and we look to place like-minded people together. This room is ideal for either a single or a couple of professional workers who are friendly, considerate and mindful of their neighbours.

Bills are all inclusive in the price, so no need to worry about putting money aside.
Rent will be £825 pcm for single occupancy and £925 for a couple.

There is also a cleaner, who cleans the communal areas only.

This studio will make you feel like you have your own apartment within the house share as it has an en-suite bathroom, kitchenette and its own lounge area leading to a private patio. Ideal if you prefer to come home and close your door to the world after a busy day at work. However, in addition to this, you will also have full access to the kitchen/diner, allowing you to cook a yummy dinner at the stove or oven while socialising with the other house mates. All this at a really reasonable rate.

There is also a very large additional shared storage area.

The house is very conveniently located as it is within a gentle 15 minute walking distance to Pitsea town centre, 17 minute walk to Pitsea train station, which will take you into Central London on the C2C within 35 minutes and there is also a bus stop very close to the house.

There are local amenities just 1 min walk away, ideal for that bottle of milk or the odd ingredient you might be missing!

There are two gorgeous local parks, Northlands Park and Mopsies Park, which are both within a 5-minute walk.

The house is in a very friendly area with a great sense of community spirit - lovely neighbours!
